The Service Configuration screen controls the identity, appearance, messaging, and voice settings for your Airgentic service. You can reach it from the Account menu in the admin console, or open it directly at admin.airgentic.com/edit_service_config.
The screen is organised into four tabs. This section of the help documentation mirrors those tabs:
After making changes, click Save Configuration. You will be prompted to confirm before changes are written.
